Prices depend on the number of people staying in the cottage and the period during which you wish to take advantage of our offer.

Winter season: from 10 January to 15 March,
Spring-autumn season: from 16 March to 20 June and from 21 September to Christmas, excluding Easter, May Weekend and June Weekend.
Summer season: from 21 June to 20 September, including Easter, May Weekend, June Weekend and November Weekends,
Holidays: Minimum stay of 5 nights
New Year's Eve: Minimum stay of 6 nights

** When using the sauna, a fee of PLN 100 is charged for a 2-hour session.

Rules for booking and regulations for staying in our cottage.

  1. When booking, we charge a non-refundable deposit of 30% within 7 working days of the booking date. If the deposit is not paid, the booking will be considered invalid.
  2. The DEPOSIT is a NON-REFUNDABLE form of booking confirmation.
  3. ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL, WE CHARGE A DEPOSIT OF PLN 1,000, REFUNDABLE ON THE DAY OF CHECK-OUT IF NO DAMAGE IS FOUND.
  4. AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE OF PLN 250 WILL BE CHARGED IF THE COTTAGE IS NOT RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS ON THE DAY OF CHECK-IN ON THE DAY OF CHECK-OUT!!!
  5. The day begins at 4 p.m. and ends at 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
  6. The person renting the cottage should pay for their stay on the day of arrival, during check-in. An identity card is required for check-in.
  7. In addition to the cottage rental fee, a local tax of PLN 2.00 per person per day of stay is charged, pursuant to Resolution No. 621 of the Zakopane City Council of 24 October 2013 on local taxes.
  8. Due to fire safety requirements, it is forbidden to use any electrical or gas-powered appliances or devices that are not part of the cottage's equipment and may pose a fire hazard, e.g. electric heaters, radiators, gas burners.
  9. Pets are only allowed after prior agreement with the cottage owner. The guest is fully liable for any damage or destruction caused by the animal to the equipment.
  10. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. In the event of inappropriate behaviour or violation of quiet hours, tenants will be asked to leave the cottage without the possibility of a refund of the rental cost.
  11. Leaving the cottage early, for reasons beyond the owner's control, does not entitle the lessor to demand a refund for the unused service..
  12. A guest who deliberately or accidentally damages the property of the cottage is obliged to cover the entire cost of the damage. On the day of departure, the cottage is inspected and checked by the owner.
  13. In the event that fewer people arrive than declared on the day of booking, we reserve the right to charge for the original number of guests, without reducing the amount for those who did not arrive.
  14. SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THE COTTAGE!!! Smoking is only permitted on the terrace.
  15. Fee for a lost towel:
    *small - 50 zł
    *large - 100 zł
  16. Fee for a lost key- 100 zł

COMPLAINTS POLICY

  1. Guests always have the right to complain about the service and pursue claims in accordance with applicable laws.
  2. In order for a complaint to be considered, it must be submitted in writing to the Service Provider's registered office or email address.: rezerwacje@www.domeknastromej.pl.
  3. A very important element of a complaint or claim regarding the service provided by the Service Provider is to attach photographs, videos, and screenshots of the offer that is inconsistent with the services received.
  4. The deadline for submitting a complaint for consideration is the duration of your stay with the Service Provider. 
  5. After checking out, complaints will not be considered.
  6. A written form is required, with a detailed description of what is inconsistent with the offer/contract.
  7. The deadline for considering a complaint or grievance in accordance with applicable regulations is 14 days from the date of receipt of a written and documented complaint, grievance or claim.
